Shilpa Shetty wished her fans Happy World Yoga day and encouraged them to start including Yoga in their daily schedules. The actress in her post reveals how Yoga has been an important part of her life. She also asked her fans to start with Bhramari Pranayama.
Shilpa captioned her IGTV video with information on all the benefits of the Pranayama. She wrote that how it relaxes the mind and lowers stress while improving concentration and alleviating anxiety. Shilpa motivates everyone to spare few minutes from their schedule and start practicing breathing with Bhramari Pranayama. Moreover, she added that this would help in early recovery and healing from COVID-19.
