She believes Travel provides a fantastic opportunity for you to learn many new things. Jaspreet Kaur also suggested and advised the young models about many other things and highlighted the point that exercising is the best way to be fit. cardio is the most important aspect, with light strength training. You want to be lean without gaining a lot of visible muscle.
For decades, modeling was a silent profession, where women were supposed to be seen and never heard. Jaspreet further explains that, Like with everything in life, the modeling industry has undergone drastic changes, too. There has been a sharp shift in what it was and what it is now.
In older days, modeling was not a mainstream career option and usually, girls ended on the ramp by fluke. Models carried portfolios that would burst with magazine tear-outs. Beautiful pictures clicked professionally could quickly garner big followings, which didn’t go unnoticed by clients.
