Telugu actor Priyadarshi Pulikonda tells the media that he wants to be an actor who can portray any character that he is offered. He also said he wants to get out of his ‘so-called image’ as a comedian.
The 31-year-old actor gained popularity with the film ‘Peli Choopulu’ in 2016 that won him many awards. He is also known for his roles in ‘Arjun Reddy’ and ‘Mallesham’. Talking to the media, he said, “As an actor, you want to come out of that comfort zone. I want to discover the endless possibilities through these characters, entering into worlds that are more challenging and scarier. The so-called image I have of a comedian, I also wanted to get out of that. The image is for the people to give me, but I would rather not have any image associated with me and become an actor who can do whatever he is offered,”.
The actor will soon be seen in a crime thriller series called ‘In The Name Of God’. He portrays a character who is dark and complex. The series will release on June 18. Priydarshi also shared that his character Adi helped him explore the dark areas as a human being. He also said that it was a new experience for him, although it was excruciating. His last film was ‘Mail’ directed by Uday Gurrala.
