As it is said that rejections are part of your life. Mohini also feels that being an actor and a model you need to learn to embrace rejections. And, prepare yourself accordingly.

“It is a part of every artist’s life. I still get rejected, it is no big deal because I know better opportunities are ahead of me. Many proven success stories inspires me. It gives me hope to keep trying and moving forward.”

Pandemic has made a lot of realizing the value of money. Mohini said that every model has realized the fact that several sources of income are very important. Also, she emphasized having a plan B in life and career.

“I believe pandemic has made every model realise that several sources of income are necessary. Anyone who aspires to be a model must understand that with modeling, plan B is also necessary”

Talking about social media, Mohini said it is an essential part of creating connections with the industry. Also, connections play a vital role in getting work.

“Social media allows a client or a modeling agency to see another layer of a model; their personality, candid shots, what they look like on a day-to-day basis. Social media helps models to get scouted. It helps modeling agency, photographers and clients to view a model’s profile.”
