She hails from the city of Jaipur. Acting and modeling have always been a part of her childhood dream so moving to Mumbai seemed like a perfect solution to chase her dreams. She pursued a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from Mumbai. She also participated in the pageant Miss India Rajasthan 2020 and placed in the top 5 finalists. Manasi has campaigned for House of Ira and Color Bar cosmetics. She still aspires to become Miss India and would love to participate this year again. Talking about her journey to Opening Doorz, she said, “I started on a very small scale and was being paid Rs 3000-4000 per show. But I didn’t do it for money; I did it because of my desire to learn. Because I looked at it positively and never saw challenges as struggles but as an opportunity to learn. This industry is very glamorous but also very competitive”. She is often seen posting pictures and videos doing yoga on her social media too.
Living her mother’s dream, Manasi calls her mother her first mentor. She is also seen posing and shooting in her own collection, ‘Anasi’. She also spoke about one lesson learnt during the global pandemic. “The pandemic has taught me to live in the moment. Not everything always goes our way. A person is the director of their life, but a hundred people are working behind the curtains who we should appreciate. Everyone should believe in the process of life and not let our failures get to us, we should take it in our stride and move forward”, she said.
