Breaking The Cycle As women, it comes naturally to us to think about our loved ones first. In doing so, we always forget to take care of ourselves. Since our body undergoes several changes in a lifetime like menstruation, pregnancy, hormonal changes, and many more, we should try to take healthy diets and food. Apart from that, our body demands to care externally as well. Our skin remains in direct contact with the outer environment and is sensitive to pollution, and sun rays. Hence, it is important to protect it from pimples, acne, and other skin problems.

To avoid these kinds of issues it is better to show some self-love to our delicate bodies. We need to learn to unlearn the stereotypes set for our lives. There is no harm in loving our body and caressing it with love. 

How to love our womanly selves?  

Take a herbal tea break  

We all love consuming tea during our breaks. Normally we have milk tea, but we can find other alternatives too. Consuming herbal tea like green tea, ginger tea, chamomile tea, and many others can be a great alternative to our regular milk tea. These types of teas are soothing and healthy. They also help in boosting our immune system as they have zero calories in them.  

Add more leafy vegetables to your diet 

We run behind our kids to consume healthy foods, and we forget to take them for ourselves. Leafy and green vegetables are rich sources of various important nutrients. There is no way possible, we can remove these vegetables from our diet. We should add vegetables like spinach, kale, cabbage, beet green, and so on. 

Raw turmeric vegetable 

This vegetable is unique and rare with many health benefits. We all know the benefits of turmeric. But raw turmeric consists of curcumin which is very beneficial for our gut and skin health. It also increases the production of good gut bacteria in our stomachs. It can reduce the risk of getting hazardous diseases like cancer and Alzheimer’s. 

Under-eye mask

Our eyes remain at constant work. Therefore, they also need to feel fresh. For that, we can add good eye masks. They will help us to remove dark circles, hydrate the areas under the eyes, and will also reduce puffiness around the eye. They consist of ingredients like retinol which is an anti-aging substance.  

Body Scrubs

Our body needs external cleansing daily. For that, we can use good body scrubs. Scrubs help us to remove dead skin from the body and allow new and healthy skin to flourish. It also removes dirt from the skin, helping your skin absorb moisture well. 

DIY Masks

Take out time to give yourself a healthy DIY treatment. There are so many things in our house that can prove beneficial for our skin. We can use various types of homemade masks like a mixture of coffee and honey, the paste of turmeric, water, and lemon, a mixture of vitamin e capsules and aloe vera gel, and so on. These masks rejuvenate our skin, giving it a space for breathing.
